Two years ago, Robert and I took the trip of a lifetime when we cruised the Mediterranean. Before the cruise, we spent three days in Rome, living la dolce vita.
I tried everything from melatonin to an eye mask, but I did not sleep on the plane, but, thanks to "No Jet Lag," a homeopathic from New Zealand, I landed in Rome, ready to explore. And take pictures. I started right in, shooting this picture of the aquaducts through the taxi window.
I promise I will not share every picture I took. This isn't a travel blog, but our trip did touch on two of my three magnificent obsessions -- food and religion. How could it not?
